- The disk space for both the log,archive log
and SAP database should be monitored regularly so that there is enough
disk space available for both log growth and database growth.
- Database checks for missing indexes are
performed at least once a week.
- Regular backups recommended to be taken as
per the backup procedure plan mentioned
in this document.
- Appropriate tools and SAP transactions are
used for performing database-monitoring activities.
- Responsible persons are chosen for performing
the database administration jobs.
